Nautilus Sleep: Store build and email flows
We designed and built the Nautilus Sleep store on Shopify from scratch, for an Italian brand of mattresses, toppers and sleep accessories, then kept adding to it after launch and set up its email flows.

The brief
Nautilus sells mattresses, toppers and accessories online in Italy, with a trial of up to 365 nights and free delivery. A mattress is a considered purchase made without lying on it first, so the store has to answer the questions a showroom would: size, firmness, trial terms and delivery. The brief for a new store like this: a design of its own, a structure that guides people to the right product, and follow-up that keeps the conversation going after the first visit.

Product information, guides and policy pages laid out so shoppers can compare options before they buy.

Email flows
Automated emails built with Shopify Flow and Shopify Email, fed by the newsletter sign-ups the store collects, with no extra email platform to pay for or connect.

Nautilus sells its mattresses and sleep products in Italy on a Shopify store designed for the brand, with email flows that follow up on every sign-up.
