Kopermut: E-invoicing form and CRO
We customized the billing details form for Italian e-invoicing and worked on conversion for Kopermut, a South Tyrol brand of harnesses, collars and leashes for dogs tested in the Dolomites.

The brief
In Italy, a business buyer needs an electronic invoice, and the store needs the data to issue it: VAT number, tax code, and an SDI recipient code or a PEC address. Shopify's checkout does not collect these fields out of the box. Kopermut also sells a small, focused range, the Dolomitic line of harness, collar and leash, so every visit to a product page counts.
What we did
Billing details form
Fatture Italia customized to put a "request an invoice" button above checkout on the cart page and in the cart drawer, opening a billing details form, so a business buyer can ask for an invoice without leaving the purchase.
E-invoicing fields
Company or individual, country, tax code, business name, VAT number with a format check, SDI code and PEC, with help text for buyers who do not know their SDI code, stored with the order so the invoice can be issued correctly.
Variant swatches
Color swatches on the product pages, so a buyer sees each harness, collar and leash in its four colors before choosing.
The result
Kopermut takes orders from both consumers and Italian businesses on one Shopify store, with the invoice data collected before checkout.
