The brief

Italian Watch Spotter publishes about vintage watches and sells a selection of its own: made-in-Italy leather straps, watch rolls and holders, vintage watches and books, in Italian and English. The magazine stays on WordPress, while the shop lives on its own subdomain. The brief for work like this: a store that runs separately from the editorial site, and a clear view of where shoppers drop off before they buy.

What we did

  • Migration from WooCommerce

The shop moved from WooCommerce to Shopify, on its own subdomain next to the magazine.

  • CRO analysis

A review of the store's conversion path, from home and collection pages to product pages, cart and checkout, with the changes worth making.

The result

Italian Watch Spotter sells its straps, accessories and vintage watches on Shopify, separate from the magazine that brings readers to it.
